Abstract
Based on the blind water control test of Shengli oilfield, the construction and solving of different levels of blind pipe control model, the creation of water-controlled water flow model, preferably the pipe column model of the oil well blind pipe-controlled process, clarified the multi-layer well-known well-known well-controlled water control water Effect. The finite difference method is used to study the blind water control method and effect of multi-layer co-production. Based on the mass conservation and momentum conservation equations, the wellbore model and reservoir model of multi-layer co-production are constructed, and the coupling model between wellbore and reservoir is established for analysis and solution. At the same time, water control tests were carried out under the condition of applying blind control water in different liquid producing layers to study the influence of water control by blind pipe on multi-layer co-production. Studies have shown that a well may pass through multiple oil-bearing zones during production, resulting in multiple zones of development. On layer between layers, the more prominent the oil well, through the deployment of pipe string in the homework, into a blind pipe under high aquifer water area, people change out of the water layer produced fluid flow path, radial flow for the axial flow, the longitudinal flow through the fill compaction annulus pack into the sand filter tube, increase the flow resistance, high aquifer so as to achieve the goal of water control. Through fluid numerical simulation experiment, the effect of blind water control in multi-layer co-production well is verified, and the water control model suitable for multi-layer co-production well is optimized. The research results can provide technical guidance for water control and enhance oil recovery by blind pipes in the target oil reservoirs.
