摘要
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a leading cause of death in the United States, but only 2.5% of new cases are less than the age of 50. (SEER, 2022) Young patients with lung cancer tend to be non-smokers with adenocarcinoma histology and are enriched for targetable alterations. However, there has been little real-world information on survival and possible differences based on race / ethnicity. Our study aimed to analyze survival of young NSCLC patients in a diverse patient population, to evaluate differences in survival outcomes.
