Abstract
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is highly malignant with early metastasis and poor prognosis. Combined chemoimmunotherapy although improves the prognosis of extensive-stage SCLC (ES-SCLC), the survival benefits are rather limited. There is an urgent need to screen out the beneficial population.
