Abstract
In the processing and construction of transmission towers, it is inevitable that rod size error, screw hole position and size error will occur. Local expanded hole often occurs in engineering. In order to study the influence of local expanded holes on the structural deformation of transmission towers, a linear cat-head type tower is taken as the research object, and a transmission tower model without considering and considering the screw hole gap is established. The influence of reaming size on the stress of members is analyzed, and the design suggestions for local reaming are put forward, which can provide a basis for the formulation of an engineering construction scheme. The results show that bolt slippage leads to a significant increase in the force of some connected rods, and when bolt clearance is less than 2 mm, the change of bolt clearance has the most significant effect on the axial force of the rods. It is necessary to increase the number of bolts to reduce the influence of bolt clearance on transmission towers.
