Abstract
Light-Emitting Electrochemical Cells In article number 2302483, research labs of Rubén D. Costa and Ken Albrecht, have joined efforts to develop light-emitting electrochemical cells combining thermally activated delayed fluorescent dendrimer emitters, biogenic electrolytes, and graphene-based electrodes. These devices exhibit exceptional stability, comparable to other state-of-the-art materials, while providing advantages, such as low-cost up-scalable synthesis, easy tunability using simple substituents, and high tolerance to electrodes and electrolytes.
