摘要
Deterministic Magnetization Switching A sunlight-controlled, non-volatile, near 180-degree deterministic magnetization switching is illustrated in Pt/Co/Pt/PN Si heterostructures with a magnetic bias assistant. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) can be regulated via photoelectron-induced Fermi level altering and corresponding Rashba field change at the Pt/Co interfaces. The sunlight tuning is energy-efficient and will not cause corrosion, and heating problems that limit the miniaturization and reversibility of the device. More details can be found in article number 2301955 by Yifan Zhao, Qian Li, Ming Liu, Ziyao Zhou, and co-workers.
