Analysis of Dynamic Response Characteristics of Sliding Overhead Hydraulic Support Under Variable Load

Based on the situation that the hinge joint of the top beam of the sliding overhead hydraulic bracket is prone to damage by dynamic variable load, the response characteristics of the hinge joint when the top beam is subjected to variable load at different positions are studied to improve the reliability of the hydraulic bracket, and the numerical simulation model of the bracket is established using multi-body dynamics analysis software for analysis. The response coefficients of each hinge point are analyzed when the simple harmonic load is applied to different positions of the top beam. The findings indicate that when the simple harmonic dynamic load is positioned in the forward section of the front roof beam, the column exhibits a relatively significant mechanical steady-state response force and a heightened sensitivity to the dynamic load. Moreover, as the simple harmonic load exceeds a certain threshold, the pin at the hinge of the hydraulic bracket experiences greater susceptibility to damage. These observations offer valuable insights for the stability control and structural strength design of the bracket.
