摘要
Postsurgical Tumor Therapy with In Situ Implantation In article number 2300899, Yanteng Xu, Zhaohui Tang, Yu Tao, Mingqiang Li, and co-workers report an implantable sandwich-structured dual-drug depot to achieve self-enhanced postsurgical tumor treatment through starvation therapy and hypoxia-induced chemotherapy that are triggered in sequence. The postsurgical adjuvant treatment with combretastatin A4 phosphate and tirapazamineloaded implants efficiently inhibits tumor recurrence and metastasis, showing great potential for clinical applications.
