Project Management and Ethics

In order for a project to be successful, there should be effective management of all members of the design team working closely with clients/stakeholders along with activities and resources available for the project. This chapter introduces the activities involved in project management along with examples. The activities are explained and illustrated, with examples as needed, to facilitate real-world implementation. Specific tools discussed in this chapter include Gantt chart and PERT techniques. The importance of professionalism and ethics are also discussed.
