Componentes Del Discurso Docente En El Desempeño De La Práctica Profesional En Estudiantes De Pedagogía En Educación Física De Valparaíso-Chile (components of the Teaching Discourse in the Performance of Professional Practice in Students of Physical Education Pedagogy in Valparaíso-Chile)

La comunicación es una dimensión primordial en la vida del ser humano, siendo esencial para la interacción del docente con los alumnos, lo que convierte al discurso (como evento comunicativo) en motor de toda acción pedagógica y eje del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Esta investigación tuvo por objetivo caracterizar el discurso docente empleado por estudiantes de Pedagogía en Educación Física durante su práctica profesional. Para tal efecto se desarrolló un estudio cualitativo con un diseño interpretativo. Los participantes seleccionados fueron 10 sujetos (sin distinción de género) que cursaban la práctica profesional en la carrera Pedagogía en Educación Física. Las clases realizadas por ellos fueron grabadas, transcritas y analizadas con apoyo del software Atlas.ti versión 9. Los resultados muestran 2 grandes dimensiones, la primera da cuenta de una orientación impositiva y vertical del discurso; y la otra, de los aspectos relacionados al uso de un discurso asertivo o al inadecuado por parte del docente en formación. Se discute y reflexiona sobre la relevancia de la competencia discursivo-comunicativa en la formación de futuros docentes y la necesidad de continuar la investigación, especialmente cualitativa, en este ámbito en educación superior. Communication is a primordial dimension in the life of the human being, becoming essential for the interaction of the teacher with the students, which turns the discourse (as a communicative event) into the engine of all pedagogical action and axis of the teaching and learning process. The objective of this research was to characterize the teaching discourse used by Physical Education Pedagogy students during their professional practice. For this purpose, a qualitative study with an interpretative design was developed. The selected participants were 10 subjects (without distinction of gender) who were studying their professional practice in the Physical Education Pedagogy career. The lectures given by them were recorded, transcribed and analyzed with the support of Atlas.ti version 9 software. The results show two main dimensions: the first one shows an impositive and vertical orientation of the discourse; and the other one, aspects related to the use of an assertive or inadequate discourse by the trainee teacher. We discuss and reflect on the relevance of discursive-communicative competence in the training of future teachers and the need to continue research, especially qualitative, in this area in higher education.
