Study on the Design of Pre-hospital Emergency Stretcher for the Elderly Based on Scenario Construction Method

In order to solve the existing problems, we designed a multi-functional transformable first aid stretcher for the elderly, which is difficult to be applied in different scenarios, time-consuming and inefficient in the process of patient transfer. Firstly, we analyze the key points and scenarios of pre-hospital emergency care for the elderly to determine the problem to be solved, secondly, we construct the problem model based on the primitive theory, use TRIZ theory to obtain the innovative method, then carry out the extended analysis and extension transformation to obtain the solution, and finally select the optimal solution with the help of Appraisal of the Advantageous Degree. Through the combination of extension theory and TRIZ innovation methods, the study designs a multifunctional stretcher and achieves the optimization of its application in multiple contexts and patient transfer efficiency.
