摘要
Superlattice Films Work function difference induces spontaneous charge donation and band bending at the interfaces of superlattices, which causes optimization effects of modulation doping and energy filtering, leading to remarkably enhanced thermoelectric performances. This optimizing strategy is successfully elucidated in 1T′-MoTe2/Bi2Te3 superlattice films. Meanwhile, the rational manipulation of interfacial band bending via tuning the Te/Bi flux ratio further promotes thermoelectric performances. More details can be found in article number 2300745 by Hang Zhang, Qingjie Zhang, Wei Liu, Xinfeng Tang, and co-workers.
