Abstract
( Acta Obstet Gynecol Scand . 2022;101:827–835) The Robson groups, a classification system created in 2001 by Michael S. Robson, is utilized for the review of cesarean delivery (CD) rates across different groups of parturients based on parity, number of fetuses, fetal presentation, gestational age, and mode of onset of labor. This study investigated if the Robson Ten System can be extended to studying and comparing other attributes of delivery besides CD such as obstetric and sphincter injury (OASIS), operative vaginal delivery (OVD), Apgar scores, and postpartum hemorrhage.
