Equipment after the blackout, such as nearly area is adjacent to the electric equipment, still can pass horizontal longitudinal electromagnetic induction electric potential, double bus parallel erection of overhead line, busbar charged to run normally, once the other one is in standby state, due to the electromagnetic coupling effect between the two back to the bus, bus on standby will still induction voltage of a given size, can cause certain security hidden danger, therefore it is necessary for the size of the induction voltage, influence factors were analyzed. Due to the close distance between lines, it is easy to induce large induced voltage and induced current on the line. Especially in one of the primary circuit maintenance power outage, because of the existence of the induction voltage, for maintenance personnel have a great safety hidden danger.
