Abstract
The Supplemental Figure 4 consists in key additionnal data sets to support and supplement Figure 5. Briefly, this supplemental figure 4 shows immunohistochemistry staining performed on FIP1C-MTB-NDL and NIC/FIP1C mammary tumors to examine activation of key component of ErbB2 signaling. Our results indicates that induction of FIP1C decreases endogenous level of P-Erk1/2 and FASN. In contrast, deletion of FIP1C significantly increases P-Erk1/2 and FASN.
