Penile-Sparing Surgical Options for Patients Diagnosed with Penile Cancer

Surgical management of penile cancer must not only offer adequate oncologic control with adequate margins but also the preservation of sexual and urinary function. Selection of the appropriate surgical management to achieve this depends on the location of the tumour and the extent to which the tumour has invaded adjacent tissues. This chapter aims to describe the surgical treatments required for penile cancer localised to the prepuce (foreskin), glans and penile shaft.
