摘要

The use of next-generation sequencing (NGS) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has allowed for the efficient use of biopsy specimens for the detection of driver mutations, to inform prognosis and decision-making regarding the use of immunotherapy and targeted therapies. Little is known about the clinical utility of NGS in KRAS-mutated NSCLC patients.
