Genomic Associations of Chemoimmunotherapy Outcomes in a Real-World Cohort of Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Patients

Currently, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) in combination with chemotherapy are recommended as first-line treatment for all patients with SCLC. Biomarkers of response and resistance to SCLC treatment represent an area on unmet need. This study aimed to characterize the mutational landscape of SCLC and examine outcomes to combination platinum-based chemotherapy and PD-L1 inhibition in real-world SCLC patients.
