Abstract
Although PACIFIC trial has greatly changed treatment modality of locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), up to 50% patients are not candidates for concurrent chemoradiation therapy due to poor performance status, or large tumor burden. This study evaluated safety and efficacy of induction chemotherapy plus tislelizumab, a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor, followed by thoracic radiotherapy and consolidation tislelizumab in patients with unresectable, stage III NSCLC.
