P1.08-05 On-Target Acquired Resistance to Mobocertinib and Strategy to Overcome It - In Vitro Study Using EGFR Ex20 Insertion Models

Approximately 10% of non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) that harbor epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation have in-frame insertions in exon 20 of the EGFR gene. These tumors do not usually respond to currently available EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). However, a novel EGFR-TKI, mobocertinib, was approved by the US FDA for NSCLC patients with EGFR exon20 insertion.
