摘要
Currently, PD-1 antibody is one of the first-line option against lung cancer, and has resulted in 10% to 15% improvement of overall survival. Its well-recognized mechanism of action is to activate the tumoricidal role of T cells by inhibiting its immune checkpoint PD-1 on the surface of T lymphocytes. In fact, the effects of PD-1 antibody are not limited to T lymphocytes. In order to further explore the effect of PD-1 antibody, we establish C57 murine models with or without tumor xenogarfts to further explore the effect of PD-1 on the immune environment of mice.
