Serial treatment with fractionated radiation identifies genomic markers associated with radio-resistance in cervical cancer cell lines (2300)

We hypothesized that the evaluation of radiation resistance using multiple fractions of radiation would capture unique aspects of intrinsic radiation response in cervical cancer cell lines (CCCL) not otherwise elucidated by traditional methods and discover genes vital to the evolution of radiation resistance.
