摘要

We demonstrate the beam-curvature-compensation of a solid-state VCSEL beam scanner by using a newly designed curved prism mirror. The curvature of the fan beam could be reduced by a factor of 20 so that a straight line beam is realized for 1D-scanning ToF LiDARs.
