摘要
Gastric Cancer Cover story shows the ancient Chinese story “Nezha Conquers the Dragon King”. In article number 2300898, Fengping Li, Gengtai Ye, Guoxin Li, and co-workers demonstrate that N4-acetylcytidine (ac4C) promotes glycolysis addiction through a NAT10/SEPT9/HIF-1α positive feedback loop in gastric cancer cells, leading to anti-angiogenic therapy resistance. In the cover, the angiogenesis inhibitor Apatinib (Red Armillary Sash) combined with the N acetyltransferase 10 (NAT10, Dragon Tendon) inhibitor Remodelin attenuates the hypoxia tolerance of gastric cancer cells (Dragon) and inhibits tumor progression.
