Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the connections between supply chain quality management (SCQM), organizational learning capacity (OLC), and product innovation performance (PIP) in Pakistan's small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses (SMMEs). Self-administered structured questionnaires were used to collect 310 valid responses from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) in Pakistan. The participants are located in Pakistan. Findings from analyzing correlation and regression are utilized to examine the influence of variables using SPSS version 23 and process macro. Additionally, these findings are used for mediation analysis. According to the data, the associations between SCQM, OLC, and PIP are all in good light and carry substantial weight. In addition, OLC acts as a partial mediator in the interaction between SCQM and the performance of product innovation and the performance of product sales. Managers at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) need to consider the role-specific context of the company before deciding which practices are most beneficial for their businesses, according to this study's results. This is because the results of this study serve as a practical guide. The most important aspect of this research was extra testing done to determine whether or not OLC had a mediating impact. This study is an important step in redefining and advancing SCQM, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) operating in an Asian environment.
