We propose a “hyperinflammatory starvation therapy” by selectively restricting the supply of nutrients. Here we developed a nano-platelet vesicle-based extracellular matrix hydrogel (NPV-ECM). We demonstrated that the NPV-ECM can regulate nutrient transportation, remodel the immune microenvironment, limit excess metabolism, and achieve diabetic wound healing. This study provides a new way for the materials-based precise metabolic regulation. The NPV-ECM has broad application prospects for clinical excessive inflammatory diseases. Full-Text PDF
