摘要
As the manufacturingManufacturing world recovers from covid-19 pandemic, companies and decision-makers are seeking new innovative ways to face supply chainSupply Chain disruption. Industry 4.0Industry 4.0 has recently emerged from being a globally discussed topic to a potential source of innovation that is expected to bring about significant improvements to supply chainSupply Chain performance. Previous research has suggested supply chainSupply Chain reconfigurabilityReconfigurability as a solution to deal with demand variation, raw material shortage and uncertainties. However, the growing pace of customers’ requirements, who are constantly looking for cheaper, faster, and more customized products/services, calls for the need to use new digital technologies. The aim of this paper is to identify the key enablers of supply chainSupply Chain reconfigurabilityReconfigurability characteristics (modularity, integrability, convertibility, diagnosability, scalability and customizationCustomization) that could ease the implementationImplementation process of a digital supply chainDigital supply chain. Then, we applied a multi-criteria decision-making technique called DEMATEL to study the interdependence and influences between the identified enablers.
