Abstract
As an important starting point to improve the quality and efficiency of electric power development, power multi-energy complementarity conforms to the relevant requirements of green and low-carbon development of energy and electricity, and helps accelerate the development of non-fossil energy, improve the level of clean energy utilization, power system operation efficiency and power supply guarantee ability. It is very important to do a good job in power supply planning of multi-energy complementary base and coordinate the complementary characteristics of multi-types of power supplies to improve the utilization efficiency of transmission channels and improve the economy of transmission channels. This paper analyzes the curve of new energy output-cumulative electricity based on the relationship between new energy active power output and annual cumulative electricity, and adopts the unary multiple function to fit the curve of new energy active power output rate-annual cumulative electricity. Then it proposes the calculation method of economic channel capacity, and uses economic channel capacity meeting the power transmission capacity of grid cross-section method to power planning of multi-energy complementary. Taking the regional power grid of a province as an example, the power supply planning of wind power, photovoltaic and energy storage is carried out for the multi-energy complementary bases in this region. The results show that the proposed method can provide a scientific and practical method for power supply planning of multi-energy complementary base and economic transmission channel calculation of regional power grid.
