Purpose: This systematic literature review aimed to determine whether patients diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and gallbladder polyps are at increased risk of developing gallbladder cancer (GBC) and what should be the management of these patients if gallbladder polyps are detected.
