Research on Dual-Channel Wide Dynamic Microwave Rectifier Circuit Based on Automatic Power Distribution Technology

In this paper, a two-channel microwave rectifier circuit based on automatic power distribution technology is designed. By establishing the equivalent mathematical model of the structure, it is proved that the technology can effectively broaden the power dynamic range of the rectifier circuit. Based on the theory model, based on the structure of double tube voltage doubling rectifying, dual channel microwave rectifier circuit was designed, not only won the high DC output voltage, and special design of impedance matching for each branch, two branch impedance change with power reverse, make power in two rectifier branch automatic dynamic allocation, The circuit as a whole achieves good impedance matching in a wide input power range. Simulation and test results show that this technology can broaden the power dynamic range of the whole circuit, and the design is compact and conducive to the miniaturization of the receiving device.
