P182 Prevalence of tracheobronchomalacia is higher than previously reported in children with cystic fibrosis

Tracheobronchomalacia (TBM) is estimated to be present in 1 in 2100 children, with previous reports suggesting a higher prevalence in children with CF (6–17%). TBM has clinical implications and may influence airway clearance and lung health. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and clinical associations of TBM in children with CF.
