Abstract
The Cover Feature shows a crab holding on to a gold metal ion, representing a prototypical Au(III) complex featuring a pincer-type ligand. Tridentate coordination of the donor atoms, here nitrogen, is indicated through purple-blue highlights on the crab. In their Research Article, J. E. M. N. Klein and co-workers investigate complexes of this type as catalysts for Overman rearrangements with focus on controlling the steric interactions between the ligand and substrate. This is represented by a beaver delivering the substrate upstream. Image created by Kirsten van der Geest. More information can be found in the Research Article by J. E. M. N. Klein and co-workers.
