Abstract
Tumor Therapy In article number 2204689, Xiaoqing Yi, Gengyun Sun, Xiaoyan He, and co-workers develop a cell membrane-anchoring nano-photosensitizer (CMA-nPS) based on genetically engineered cellular membrane vesicles. The nano-photosensitizer significantly induces intercellular Ca2+ overload through multistage endogenous homeostasis disruption under laser irradiation. With an obvious synergistic ablative effect on tumor cells, this strategy can be a promising candidate for tumor therapy.
