Abstract
On June 24, 2022, the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States erased nearly 50 years of settled constitutional jurisprudence by overturning Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, changing the landscape of reproductive health in America. Irrespective of political or religious affiliations, some physicians will now face limitations in the repertoire of available treatment options, and some patients who want or need an abortion will face delays in care as they navigate decision making together with both hospital ethics and legal teams.
