摘要

A novel spin-valve-based magnetic field sensor with a voltage divider topology is proposed in this paper. Their design and fabrication processes are described in detail. A preliminary characterization, proving its performance is presented. Its direct application in electrical current sensing at the milliamp range is demonstrated.
