Abstract
The topology, manufacturing technology and design of a microfluidic biochip and a detection system for the quantitative determination of the antitumor drug doxorubicin in blood have been studied. The topology of the microfluidic system was developed on the basis of previous experience and considering the necessity of sample volume reduction as well as isolation of blood cells. The detection volume for fluorimetric measurement of doxorubicin was provided with the integrated lens in order to increase the fluorescence detection aperture. The doxorubicin registration was carried out at excitation wavelength of 470 nm, by using CMOP sensor.
