In the following section, some aspects of 19F-NMR spectroscopy will be discussed, with a strong focus on chemical shifts and coupling constants of fluorine compounds in solution. However, this does not include a general introduction to physical and experimental basics of NMR-spectroscopy. Furthermore, advanced topics, such as solid-state NMR-spectroscopy, will not be subject of this manuscript.
