Design of LCLC-S Impedance Matching Network for Ultrasonic Wireless Power Transmission System

Ultrasonic wireless power transmission technology has no electromagnetic interference and eddy current loss, and can penetrate metal media. Therefore, the ultrasonic wireless power transmission system has a good application prospect in the fields of wireless power supply of underwater vehicles. Based on the working principle of the ultrasonic wireless power transmission system, this paper establishes a mathematical model of the ultrasonic wireless power transmission system. Through the analysis of the model, the results show that the equivalent impedance of the ultrasonic transducer is capacitive, and the transmission power and transmission efficiency is related to several parameters of the system. Through the theoretical and simulation analysis and comparison of the LC-S and LCLC-S impedance matching networks, it is found that the LCLC-S impedance matching network can significantly improve the transmission power and transmission efficiency of the ultrasonic wireless power transmission system and reduce the power load of the system. Finally, an experimental prototype of the ultrasonic wireless power transmission system was built and the experimental results showed that the transmission power of the system reaches more than 120W, and the transmission efficiency reaches about 60%. At the same time, the whole system has a good effect of tuning and impedance transformation.
