Application of EEG and Transcranial Doppler in Migraine Diagnosis

Objective to evaluate the application of EEG and transcranial Doppler detection in the diagnosis of migraine. Methods a total of 110 migraine patients treated in the Department of Neurology of our hospital in the past two years were selected, and 110 cases were selected as the observation group for this study.
