Short Term Load Forecasting for Holidays Based on Exponential Smoothing of Correlative Correction

In the new power system, the accuracy of load forecasting is crucial for scheduling production. The sample data for holiday forecasting is relatively scarce, and short-term load forecasting is more sensitive to meteorological factors. This article proposes an index smooth of correlative prediction for holiday load forecasting, which corrects the correlation coefficient through meteorological, time, and continuous rest characteristics. The method is applied to short-term holiday load forecasting and the accuracy of the prediction model is verified through empirical analysis.
