Abstract
Over the past five years, the incidence of younger women diagnosed with endometrial cancer in their 20s and 30s has increased nationally, in parallel with the rise in obesity. The primary objective of this analysis was to evaluate the current participants with endometrial cancer aged ≤45 years enrolled in the ASAP trial to better understand potential molecular, proteomic, or clinical factors that may shed insight into opportunities for early intervention and/or prevention.
