At present, there are no tools for the early detection of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). New analytics, especially with machine learning (ML) tools, may impact the performance of models that predict an early diagnosis of HGSOC. We hypothesized that processing DNA methylation data from HGSOC patients with ML algorithms would improve detection models of HGSOC.
