Limited data from the case series suggest that the gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist leuprolide acetate (LA) has efficacy in treating adult granulosa cell tumors (aGCT). The purpose of this study was to describe patterns of LA utilization and treatment outcomes for LA among patients treated at a large cancer center and affiliated county hospital.
