The aim of this study was to investigate whether the clinical benefit of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in women with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is modulated by the immune system. Here, we tested the efficacy of heated chemotherapy in a murine model of EOC.
