摘要
Lower extremity lymphedema (LEL) is a common complication after treatment for gynecologic cancer. The association between nodal assessment, development of LEL, and reduced quality of life has been described. However, the relationship between nodal assessment, self-reported LEL, and quality-adjusted life year weights (QALYw) is not established. We aimed to explore this relationship using EQ-5D-5L to capture QALYw in a cohort of endometrial carcinoma (EC) survivors stratified by nodal assessment.
