The goal of this study was to elucidate hormone pathways affected by the hallmark FOXL2C134W mutation in adult granulosa cell tumors of the ovary (AGCT), to better understand the impact of hormonal blockade in these tumors, and to investigate the efficacy of a combination antihormonal drug regimen.
