Abstract
In this experiment, a copper-based metal-organic framework (Cu-BTC) was successfully prepared and utilized to compose a copper-tannic acid (TA) complex by in situ tannic acid etching on indium tin oxide (ITO) glass. The Cu-BTC was obtained by the electrodeposition method with a voltage of - 1.6 V. The TA-Cu complex retains the frame structure of the metal-organic framework and has good electrochemical properties. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometric methods were used to estimate the performance of the TA-Cu-modified electrode in glucose detection. The current response of the TA-Cu sensor shows a linear relationship with glucose concentration at 0.5 V in NaOH solution. The modified electrode as an electrochemical glucose sensor exhibits good sensitivity with a low detection limit of 0.002 mM. The TA-Cu-modified electrode also exhibited good stability, anti-interference, and repeatability in glucose detection.
