Background: Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a debilitating systemic inflammatory disease with limited treatment options. Management of disease activity through dietary and lifestyle changes is a primary interest for the HS patient community. However, due to the paucity of evidence in the HS literature, there is a lack of consensus surrounding dietary and lifestyle modification in HS management.
