Clinical outcomes and characteristics in CTCL patients with a diagnosis of eczema: retrospective review at a single tertiary referral center

Background: Benign inflammatory skin conditions mimic Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL), making it a challenging diagnosis. A history of "eczema" contributes to the diagnostic challenge, and it remains unclear whether biologic treatments such as dupilumab are safe for patients who may have CTCL.
