Background: Introduction: While scalp hair loss is a defining feature of alopecia areata (AA), eyebrow and eyelash hair loss are other important manifestations that add to the psychosocial burden of the disease. The distribution of eyebrow and eyelash hair loss is not well described across the range of scalp hair loss severity.
